This seminar is part of a cooperation between the chairs for Stadterneuerung und Entwerfen and History of Art And Culture. At the beginning of this course, we will go on a field trip: we will explore an unfamiliar and very heterogenous borough in the east of Berlin in order to investigate its specific qualities as "lived space". Until November, we will collect this caleidoscopic data into a special "lichtenberg atlas" that not only documents our knowledge, but also serves as fertile ground for the further investigation in the individual master course's projects.
